Audit Committee
Description (according to the Presbytery\'s Standing Rules)
DESCRIPTION: This Committee reviews the annual Audit of the Presbytery’s finances with the Presbytery’s Treasurer and the Auditor prior to the Auditor’s Report being presented to the Presbytery.
MEMBERSHIP: Currently, this Committee consists of three elders (male), each in separate Classes (2008, 2009, 2010); the member in the Class of 2008 is not eligible for re-election. Knowledge and/or experience with finances and evaluation of financial records would be especially useful in candidates for membership.
MEETINGS: This Committee meets once a year, near the beginning of the year, with the Auditor and the Presbytery Treasurer.
