NYTS offers: MMA286 Introduction to Congregational Transformation

This class will provide a foundational understanding of why transformation must be the core focus any effective ministry through the exploration of personal and communal transformation.

This exploration will consider the impact "contemporarry" issues of congregational transformation will have on their individual ministries.  Various contemporary models will be identified and discussed.  Participants will be introduced to tools that will assist them in functioning effectively in the 21st century church milieu.
