Online Seminary Courses
Dear Friends,
Greetings from the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary! We hope your summer is going well and would like to introduce you to exciting new educational opportunities at Dubuque Seminary.
We have recently inaugurated online M.Div. classes and have been thrilled by the response. Many students attending non-Presbyterian seminaries were relieved they could take Presbyterian Polity, Worship in the Reformed Tradition, and Presbyterian History and Confessions online this summer, preparing them for ordination exams, and fulfilling class requirements for ordination.
For those involved in lay ministry, Introduction to Old Testament has been seen as a helpful way to better understand the Scriptures and add depth to their ministry. A few students taking the class are testing the waters for enrolling in a M.Div. degree program.
Back by popular demand for the fall online schedule are Presbyterian Polity and Worship in the Reformed Tradition. These classes are a great asset for clergy transferring into the PC(USA). Fall classes start September 5 with an application deadline of August 11. Spring 2007 classes are currently being determined and will begin on January 29.
The online M.Div. classes touch many areas of ministry. We are blessed to have a stellar faculty teaching the classes, providing quality online courses. If you know of individuals who would benefit from these classes please inform them of our program.
Information about online M.Div. courses is available at our website: http://udtseminary.net. If you have questions or would like more information about these or other online M.Div. courses, please feel free to call me at 563-589-3101 or email udtsonline@dbq.edu.
